Oaxaca Train Series: An Artist's Inspiration will feature Judith Anderson's work inspired by the graffiti-covered trains at the Oaxaca Train Museum. This talk will cover what got her interested in trains; the train museum here, in particular; and the work that resulted. Judith will show her numerous photographs and paintings from the Museo Ferrocarril which, regrettably, has been "gussied up" and is no longer a source of incredible graffiti. Judith was invited to do this show/talk in Richmond, VA, her home town, this past fall. She will also have, for sale, some of her Oaxacan plein air (open air landscape) paintings, many of which are on display at Casa Raab in San Pablo Etla. 70% of the purchase price of any painting would go directly to Friends of Megan, a non-profit set up to support Rebecca Raab's animal rescue project
