Unaffiliated volunteers offer non-resident US citizens a chance to quickly and easily register to vote, or to renew lapsed registrations, and receive a 2018 ballot. This is a NON-PARTISAN effort to encourage everyone to vote! Guidance for
every US state and territory is available. Forms to complete are self-stamped and self-sealing and, once completed, will be taken to the US Consular Agent for return to the US, or you may return it on your own. All pertinent phone/fax numbers, mail addresses, and websites are provided to register voters in Federal and State elections. You may also learn the acceptable modes of registration—i.e., on line, e-mail, etc. For run-off elections, party affiliation must be disclosed; otherwise not. If you register from abroad, you must vote from abroad.
A copy of the Federal Voter Assistance Project (FVAP) book will be kept at the Oaxaca Lending Library Circulation Desk as reference. To determine if you need to re-register, you may consult this same information on line at www.fvap.gov.
