Guelaguetza Lunes del Cerro (Monday of the Hill) - The title, Lunes del Cerro (Monday of the Hill), comes from an ancient celebration of sharing and ritual offerings to the gods. Today this main Guelaguetza show is performed on Fortin Hill in the Auditorio Guelaguetza.
Two shows per day, at 10 am and 5 pm on Jul 23 and Jul 30. Spectacular show of music and dance, with the presentation of authentic delegates from the eight regions of the state, with traditional music.
Tickets sold at Ticketmaster and the Modulo de Secretaria de Turismo. Sections C and D are free of charge.
