Oaxaca Zen offers a Tuesday morning meditation in central Oaxaca for anyone interested in quiet sitting meditation, lightly guided, and brief conversation about living real. Led by D Allen. Oaxaca Zen is an affiliate of Pacific Zen Institute of California (pacificzen.org) and has a center in Oaxaca. Free. Donations welcome to help pay the rent. (In english and spanish as needed)
We also offer a zen meditation and conversation salon Thursday from noon-1:15pm in english in the same space, and other activities mostly in Spanish at our center (oaxacazen.com).
