Open Air Quesillo-Making / Elaboración de quesillos al aire libre Description:
9 am - 1:30 pm. For this experience, we are journeying out to Etla to see our favorite vendors from the Pochote Organic Market, Andrea and Noé. On their farm nestled into the valley of Etla, they utilize their neighbor´s cow milk to make their own quesillo, queso fresco, and requesón. Cost: $1500 MXN, discount for more persons.

9 am - 1:30 pm. Para esta experiencia, viajamos a Etla para ver a nuestros proveedores favoritos del mercado orgánico de Pochote, Andrea y Noé. En su finca ubicada en el valle de Etla, utilizan la leche de vaca de sus vecinos para hacer su propio quesillo, queso fresco y requesón. Costo: $1500, descuento para más personas.
