This book is the result of the investigation of twenty-eight recipes from the community of Santa Maria Zacatepec, Putla Oaxaca. In 2017 a group of lovers of the oaxacan culture led by cook tacuate Juan Aquino and, undertake the compilation of recipes originating in their ethnicity, same that were made from the hand of the community.

Este libro es el resultado de la investigación de veintiocho recetas de la comunidad de Santa María Zacatepec. En el 2017 un grupo de amantes de la cultura Oaxaqueña encabezado por el cocinero tacuate Juan Aquino Alavez, emprenden la recopilación de recetas originarias de su etnia, mismas que fueron realizadas de la mano de la comunidad.
