Description:
This is a 4day/3night (May 25th to May 28th) residential yoga mediation silence retreat. Stay and food is included. This is designed for teens to seniors. It is not for children. Some experience with yoga and meditation is recommended, although not absolutely necessary. This is located in a rural area north of Huayapam, with clean air and the sounds of nature. It will give lasting calmness to the mind and nervous systems, help with focus and concentration, and help connect yourself to your purpose and our human communities.
