This four day Natural Dye Course will cover all steps of the natural dyeing process; fiber preparation, pigment extraction, dyeing and also how to use different additives to create different tones. It will include work with pericon, Brazilian wood and pigtail with a combination of cotton, wool and silk. The coarse will demonstrate how to create base and combination colors, and also six different tones with cochineal. June 29th - July 2nd. 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. Space is limited.
