GLOBOS CANTOLLA

The Castellaños brothers are young men dedicated to the fascinating and unusual craft of making Cantolla paper Balloons. This craft, that originated in China, was taught to them, at a very early age, by their grandmother. They are natives of Nazareno Etla Oaxaca. The Castellaños brothers have won numerous prizes in competitions throughout Mexico and do exhibitions in schools and communities in Oaxaca and in cultural centers such as CASA San Augistin Etla.

Los hermanos Castellanos son un grupo de jóvenes dedicados a la elaboración de globos de papel de China o como comúnmente se les conoce de Cantolla. Han ganado muchos concursos en Mexico, dado demostraciones en escuelas, y talleres en CASA San Augustin Etla.
