Tasting of 3 cheeses from Quesos Chiapas with our Maestro Quesero, Alberto Mendoza Aponte.
Priced at $250, it includes parmesan, aged with pesto, a natural 9 month aged cheese, honey from QueenBee Honey and our in house made salsa macha.
The tasting would be virtually serious by Zoom.
On the day of, you can stop by La Miscelánea for your tasting kit or we can deliver it to you (it will have an extra cost depending on your location).
