You will actively participate in preparing the food we all are going to eat. Either you’re a beginner in the kitchen or a master chef. The only thing I ask is that you’re passionate about cooking. We are going to meet at the local market. We will buy the ingredients we are going to use later for the cooking class and explore the local fresh options we’ll have. Then we’ll head to my cooking studio to get a deeper introduction to the ingredients, process, and dishes we will prepare. Once we are settled and refreshed with some fresh Aguas Frescas (flavored infused traditional drink) we are going to start preparing the food, I’ll assign to the participants different tasks and responsibilities in order to achieve our main goal; having our three-course-meal menu prepared. When the food is ready, we are going to share the table and finish the journey while enjoying the delicious things we worked on.

Participará activamente en la preparación de los alimentos que todos vamos a comer. O eres un principiante en la cocina o un maestro de cocina. Lo único que te pido es que te apasione cocinar. Nos reuniremos en el mercado local. Compraremos los ingredientes que usaremos más tarde para la clase de cocina y exploraremos las opciones locales frescas que tendremos. Luego nos dirigiremos a mi estudio de cocina para obtener una introducción más profunda a los ingredientes, el proceso y los platos que prepararemos. Una vez que nos acomodemos y nos refresquemos con un poco de Aguas Frescas frescas (bebida tradicional infundida con sabor) vamos a comenzar a preparar la comida, asignaré a los participantes diferentes tareas y responsabilidades para lograr nuestro objetivo principal; tener nuestro menú de tres platos preparado. Cuando la comida esté lista, vamos a compartir la mesa y terminar el viaje mientras disfrutamos de las deliciosas cosas en las que trabajamos.
