The OLL’s Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGAM) will be starting promptly at 1:00 pm. People may attend in person or by Zoom If in person, you will be required to wear a mask at all times and to maintain social distance from others.
•If you’re a current OLL member and you have not received an email inviting you to the meeting, check your spam or junk mail folder/s, or just follow the instructions below.
•If you’re not an OLL member but would like to attend as an observer, you’re welcome, too!

To attend the meeting you must register by 12 noon, Friday, March 5. You can register in person at the OLL, or by sending an email with the following information to: LIBRARY@OAXLIBRARY.ORG
•Tell us if you’d like to attend: (1) in person on the OLL’s Terrace, or (2) virtually by Zoom,
•If you’re a member and want to vote, attach a photo or copy of a picture ID (e.g. passport photo page, INE card or Mexican resident card).

You’ll receive an email confirmation, and if you said you’d attend by Zoom, we’ll send you an email with the Zoom codes before the meeting.
