Religious images from numerous churches gather at the Catedral Metropolitana at 6 pm. The procession starts at 6:30 pm at La Preciosa Sangre de Cristo, proceeds down the Alcalá to Independencia and then proceeds back up Garcia Vigil, eventually arriving at the starting point.
