A presentation on the Zapotec region of Juchitan Zaragoza. Gastronomy, traditions, roles in the economy, the "matriarchal" system and the "third gender" Muxe life.
Given by Jesús Antonio Martinez, a native of Juchitan region who lives and teaches in Oaxaca. $50mxn In english and Spanish. 1:30-3:30pm
